Warm up:
- 2x20 dumbbell press
- 2x20 rows
Strength
1) 6x6x45% +chains or bands *percentage is a guideline, each week the weight will increase by 5lbs. If it feels too light on this first week increase by small amount
2) 200 banded Tricep pull downs
3) Then:
- 2mins: dumbbell snatch
- 2mins: hammer curls
- 1min: plank w/moving dumbbell
