1) 3 rounds of:

  • 8 Bench press @60%
  • 15 dumbbell shoulder press
  • 20 Hammer curls

2) Then:

5 rounds of:

  • 10 box dips
  • 10 plate ground to overhead
  • 10 plate overhead walking lunges

3) Then:

3 rounds of:

  • 6 single leg lowers
  • 40 mountain climbers
