1) Max Effort Pin Press or Max Effort with chains
2) 2 rounds of:
- "max effort reps" tricep extensions *light weight
- "max effort reps" seal rows
3) 5 rounds of:
- 5 clean & press
- 10 plank rows
- 15 shoulder side raises
4) 100 woodchops (50 each side)
