Garage Gym Barbell 1-15-18 Lower

1) Squats 5x3 *work up to 50%

2) 4 rounds of:

  • 4-6 Sumo deadlifts @50%
  • 8-10 stiff leg deadlifts
  • 20-30 calf raises

3) Then 3 rounds of:

  • 12 box jumps
  • 6 single leg squats (each side)
