Warm up
3 rounds of:
- 20 front raises *light
- 20 banded T's & Y's
Strength Work
1) 3x "max effort reps" dumbbell bench press
2) 5x5 barbell rows *work up in weight to a heavy set of 5
3) Then 6 rounds of 30/20
- weighted bear crawl
- inverted rows
- weighted sit up
