Garage Gym Barbell 1-11-18 lower
1) Squat 5x3x60% - full squat no box. Work on depth. use belt and or knee sleeves if you have them
2) 3 rounds of:
- 8 bulgarian split squat (each side)
- 10-15 barbell hip thursters
- 20 seated banded hamstring curls/ 20 calf raises
3) 8 rounds 20/10 of:
- wall sit hold
- air squat
- rotating plank hold
