Garage Gym Barbell 1-11-18 lower

1) Squat 5x3x60% - full squat no box. Work on depth. use belt and or knee sleeves if you have them

2) 3 rounds of:

  • 8 bulgarian split squat (each side)
  • 10-15 barbell hip thursters
  • 20 seated banded hamstring curls/ 20 calf raises

3) 8 rounds 20/10 of:

  • wall sit hold
  • air squat
  • rotating plank hold
