- forward fold- plank- updog- down dog- lunge both sides
Recovery workout
8 rounds of 25 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- moving down dog to alternating lunge
- weighted sit up or banded sit up
- jump rope
then,
5 rounds of 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- banded donkey kick - right
- banded donkey kick - left
- banded glute thruster
- banded abductor
