6 rounds with little rest of:

  • 30 secs jump rope or toe taps
  • 30 sec plank/side/side

alternate the plank from middle 1st round, side left next round, side right the next round after.. then repeat

Finish with:

  • 100 banded tricep pull downs
  • 100 banded pull aparts
