  • Deadlift - work up to a moderate weight- this doesn't need to be a max today. Work up to around 85-90%
  • Narrow stance goodmorning to box squat w/camber bar 3x8
    watch video HERE  *use a regular bar if you don't have access to a camber bar.

Auxiliary work

  • SSB lateral lunges 3x10 video HERE
  • Leg extensions 3x15
  • Ab of choice: 3x20
  • Finisher:
    On the Floor:
    4 Sets: 20 banded hamstring cruls
    10-20 (face up) Straight leg raises with 10+ lb Ankle Weights
