Warm up
- yoga warm up
- 30 banded abductors
- 30 sit ups
- 30 banded hamstring curls
Main work
- Work up to a 3 rep max Goodmorning- use SSB or camber bar if you have one.
- Sumo Deadlift 5x5%60%
focus on speed and form- add bands or chains if it feels light
Auxiliary work
3 rounds of:
- 20 reverse hyper- light
- 12 back extension- hold moderate weight
- 50 reps of your favorite ab
then,
- 200 banded goodmornings
- 6x150 meter sled drag -moderate weight with little rest
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SLED sub with the following:

30 banded abductors
80 banded walks
