August Booty Boocamp by our Barbell Babe Tiffany everyday this month (except Sunday) we will be including it in each workout. You can choose to warm up with or finish at the end with it 

  • Box squats 10x2x80% 
  • deadlifts 6x2x75% 
  • DB Stiff leg deadlift 4x6-8
  • DB box step up 4x6 each leg 
  • DB lunge 4x6 each leg 
  • reverse hyper or back ext 4x15-20


1 round of: 

  • 12 hip thrusters 
  • 10 fire hydrants (each side)
  • 10 diagonal leg raises (each side)
  • 10 curtsy lunge w/3 pulses (each side)
