  • lat pull down 4x12
  • Incline DB rear delt flys 3x10
  • Incline DB front raises 3x10
  • Incline DB rows 3x10
  • 100 banded tricep pull downs
  • 50 front to back shoulder presses *keep weight light pvc pipe or barbell only
