- 1 min plank hold
- 1 min farmer carry- moderate/heavy
Tabata Booty
4 rounds tabata of 20 secs work/10 secs rest:
- body weight or light weight split squat w/front foot elevated- right
- body weight or light weight split squat w/front foot elevated- left
- banded clam shell- right
- banded clam shell- left
- banded glute thruster
