3 rounds of:

  • 1 min sled drag light/moderate
  • 1 min weighted sit ups
  • 1 min jump rope
  • 1 min leg lowers
  • 1 min row
  • 1 min plank hold
  • 1 min farmer carry- moderate/heavy

Tabata Booty
4 rounds tabata of 20 secs work/10 secs rest:

  • body weight or light weight split squat w/front foot elevated- right
  • body weight or light weight split squat w/front foot elevated- left
  • banded clam shell- right
  • banded clam shell- left
  • banded glute thruster
