  • Bench 5x3 + bands *work up in weight 
  • shoulder press 5x3 *work up in weight 
  • Power Snatches 4x6-8
  • Box dips 4x8-10
  • DB seal rows 4x8-10

then: 

  • 60 plate ground to overhead ~ every min do 6 burpees until completed with all 60
