7-30-19 max effort upper body

  • Bench 4x5x70%, then 1x”max reps”x70%
  • incline bench 4x12
  • Shoulder press 4x12
  • lateral side raise w/bent elbows 4x12-15
  • bent over rear delt flys 4x15

then 4 rounds of: 

  • 8 power cleans 
  • 8 overhead press 
  • 30 secs “max effort reps” burpees
