7-30-19 max effort upper body
- Bench 4x5x70%, then 1x”max reps”x70%
- incline bench 4x12
- Shoulder press 4x12
- lateral side raise w/bent elbows 4x12-15
- bent over rear delt flys 4x15
then 4 rounds of:
- 8 power cleans
- 8 overhead press
- 30 secs “max effort reps” burpees
