  • Sumo deadlift 3x1 - work up to a moderate/heavy
  • Sumo drop set 3x3x80% of today's 1rm

Auxiliary work

  • landmine hack squats 3x8-10
  • reverse hyper 3x10-15
  • weighted only or decline weighted sit ups 3x8-10
  • Sled drag trips:
    60meters - light (just sled)
    60meters- add 10lbs
    60meters- add 10lbs
    60meters- add 10lbs
    60meters- add 10lbs
    60meters- add 10lbs

    IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A SLED:
  • 8 rounds tabata 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:
    Kb swings
    box jumps or weighted step ups
