  • Box squats 10x2x75% *no bands today, if weight feels too heavy lower weight 
  • Sumo deadlifts 8x2x60%

THEN

  • Stone to box 3x3 *light enough that you can complete 3 reps but heavy enough that you feel that your working.
  • DB front squat 3x12

*if you don't have stones, try substituting with squat cleans 3x4-6 @60%

THEN:

  • banded donkey kicks 3x10 each side 
  • banded donkey circles 3x10 each side 
  • banded glute thrusters 3x10
