  • 25 Banded Lat Pullovers
  • 25 Cable or Banded Standing Straight Arm Lat Pulldowns
  • 25 Seated bent Over Rear Delt DB Flys
  • 25 DB Rollback Extensions
  • 50 Band Pushdowns
