  • Work up to a 1 rep SSB BOX SQUAT * if you don’t have a Safety squat bar use a regular bar 
  • Goodmornings 4x6
  • stiff leg deadlift 3x6-8
  • bulgarian split squats 4x6 each side 
  • heavy duck walks 4x150ft
