- Specialty bar overhead press 5x3 *use any specialty bar you have ~ axle, log, swiss, bamboo, etc.
- close grip bench 4x12
- banded tricep push downs 4x20
- DB shoulder press 4x12
- DB lateral raises 4x12
then 4 rounds of:
- 4 - arm over arm sled pull/push back
- 8 half turkish get ups (each side)
