7-19-19 Volume upper body

  • Specialty bar overhead press 5x3 *use any specialty bar you have ~ axle, log, swiss, bamboo, etc.
  • close grip bench 4x12
  • banded tricep push downs 4x20
  • DB shoulder press 4x12
  • DB lateral raises 4x12

then 4 rounds of:

  • 4 - arm over arm sled pull/push back
  • 8 half turkish get ups (each side)
