7-15-20 Conditioning Ab's & Booty
Workout
8 rounds tabata 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest:
- burpee ball slam
- wall sit
- push ups
5 rounds tabata 20 secs work/ 15 sec plank "rest" hold:
- sit up
- kb swing
Note- the "rest" is holding a 15 sec plank hold. It may seem confusing at first but just remember on each "rest" period, you drop and hold a plank. It's going to get you moving fast! Once you get the groove be ready for fun!
It will look like this:
20 secs sit up
15 sec plank
20 sec kb swing
15 sec plank
5 rounds tabata 20 secs work/ 15 secs glute bridge hold:
- banded kick backs- right
- banded kick backs - left
- banded abductors
Follow the same pattern with "rest" being a glute bridge hold. I wanna know if you can make it through all 5 rounds!!!!
It will look like this:
20 sec kick back right
15 sec glute bridge hold
20 sec kick back left
15 sec glute bridge hold
20 sec abductor
