6-28-19 upper body volume

  • After warm up; (2) Board press 3x5x75%, 2x3x80%, 1x1x85% 
  • Bench “extra wide” grip 4x10-15 keep weight light and focus on using the upper back. For those that have a hard time connecting “mind to muscle”, use just the bar and experiment with grip until you feel upper back 
  • Lat pull downs 4x10-12 *sub with band pull downs if needed 
  • bicep curls 4x8-10
  • Power cleans 4x6
  • pull ups 4x6-8 (or ring rows 4x10-12)
