Garage Gym "Down with Cardio No.2"

Complete 3 rounds of:

1 min burpee box jumps

30 sec rest
1 min Stone to shoulder
30 sec rest
1 min plank
30 sec rest

Training notes:
Stone to shoulder- if you don't have atlas stones you can sub this with heavy plate ground to overhead.

ABS

Complete 5 rounds tabata 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • weighted sit ups
  • plank hold
  • bicycle

Note- if you want to make this more difficult stay on one movement for all 5 tabata rounds before switching movements.

BOOTY

Complete 5 rounds tabata 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • banded glute thrusters
  • banded kick backs- right
  • banded kick backs- left
  • jump squats
