Auxiliary work
6 rounds of the following:
- 8-10 wide grip lat pull down
- 8-10 landmine row
then, 4 rounds of:
- 10-12 incline rear delt fly
on your last set do as many reps as possible
Conditioning
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
- 8 push ups
- 10 pull ups
- 12 burpees
