Auxiliary work

6 rounds of the following:

  • 8-10 wide grip lat pull down
  • 8-10 landmine row

then, 4 rounds of:

  • 10-12 incline rear delt fly
    on your last set do as many reps as possible

Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

  • 8 push ups
  • 10 pull ups
  • 12 burpees
