6-17-19 max effort lower body

  • Work up to a heavy 1 rep wide box squat with chains 
  • Front squat 6x4
  • Banded hamstring curls 3x30
  • reverse hyper or back ext 3x10-15
  • stone to box 3x2-4 *if you don’t have stones available, substitute 3x15 heavy plate ground to overhead
