- plate presses 4x15-20
- banded triceps pull downs 3x20
- Landmine rotations 3x8-10 each side HERE
- Bent over rear delt fly 3x10-12 each side
Then 3 rounds of:
- 20 banded donkey kicks (left)
- 20 banded donkey kicks (right)
- 10 weighted Sit ups
then 3 rounds of:
- 4 sled trips
- burpees or ball slams *while partner completes sled
