Strength Work
- Work up to a 1 rep Pin Press *4in from chest
- Bench *close grip 3x6x70-75%
- DB seated shoulder press 3x6-8
- Tricep pull downs 3x20-30
- Bent over DB rows 3x10-12
then:
- 100 front to back shoulder press *light
- 100 shoulder side raises *light
- 100 sling shot rows (50 each arm)
