- Shoulder side raises 3x15
- Shoulder side raises 3x15 lighter weight
then,
5mins of as many rounds as possible of:
- 5 DB clean & press (right arm)
- 5 box jumps
- 5 pushups
rest 3 mins then,
5 mins of as many rounds as possible of:
- 5 DB clean & press (left arm)
- 5 box jumps
- 5 pushups
