Garage Gym "Tabata"

Tabata KB swings
1 min rest
Tabata squats
1 min rest
Tabata pull up
1 min rest
Tabata Push up
1 min rest
Tabata sit up

Each tabata is 8 rounds of 20 work/10 secs rest. Stay on one exercise for 8 tabata rounds before moving to the next movement.

TRAINING NOTES:
KB swings- if your back can't tolerate kb swings, modify this to a stiff leg deadlift
Pull ups- if you don't have a pull up bar, sub with lat pull downs, standing banded lat pulls, barbell rows, inverted pull ups, or ring rows
