Warm up

3 round of: 

  • 3 walk out to plank/up dog/down dog
  • 2 lunge twist each side 
  • 10 soldier marches

Auxiliary work 

  • scapula pulls only 5x12-15
  • jump up to pull up - slow 3-5 negative count down 5x3-5
  • stone extensions 3x4-5

workout 

12 mins as many rounds as possible of: 

  • 10 KB swings 
  • 10 box dips 
  • 10 box jumps
