Warm up
3 round of:
- 3 walk out to plank/up dog/down dog
- 2 lunge twist each side
- 10 soldier marches
Auxiliary work
- scapula pulls only 5x12-15
- jump up to pull up - slow 3-5 negative count down 5x3-5
- stone extensions 3x4-5
workout
12 mins as many rounds as possible of:
- 10 KB swings
- 10 box dips
- 10 box jumps
