Main work
- SSB or Cambered bar Squats 5x5x70%
- Deadlift 5x5x50% +100lb band tension- get as close as possible to band tension
- Back extensions 3x20 bodyweight
- Bulgarian split squats 5x10 -heavy
- Banded hamstring curls 1x100
