Main work

  • SSB or Cambered bar Squats 5x5x70%

  • Deadlift 5x5x50% +100lb band tension- get as close as possible to band tension
  • Back extensions 3x20 bodyweight
  • Bulgarian split squats 5x10 -heavy
  • Banded hamstring curls 1x100
