Complete as many rounds as possible in 20mins of:

8 burpees
11 power snatch 85lbs
8 box jumps
11 power cleans 85lbs

Training notes:
This workout is heavy and hard. Take rest as you need to try to keep going.

Reduce weight of snatch and powerclean as needed


2 rounds of:

  • 43 sit ups
  • 43 lying side bend toe taps
  • 43 mountain climbers
  • 43 v-crunches
