5-24-19 upper volume

  • Bench 5x3 *work up in weight 
  • Barbell shoulder press 4x6
  • Incline rear delt fly 3x15
  • reverse bench pull downs 3x8-10 *set up bar hanging from bands above - squeeze the upper back to pull down - click here 

then 2 rounds of: 

  • 44 DB shoulder side raises *rest as little as possible- choice a weight that’s doable 
  • 44 weighted sit ups 
  • 44 DB shoulder press 
  • 44 KB swings  *rest as needed choose a weight that moves well
