- Bench 5x3 *work up in weight
- Barbell shoulder press 4x6
- Incline rear delt fly 3x15
- reverse bench pull downs 3x8-10 *set up bar hanging from bands above - squeeze the upper back to pull down - click here
then 2 rounds of:
- 44 DB shoulder side raises *rest as little as possible- choice a weight that’s doable
- 44 weighted sit ups
- 44 DB shoulder press
- 44 KB swings *rest as needed choose a weight that moves well
