5-23-19 upper auxiliaries & conditioning
- DB incline 2x20
- tricep extensions 3x15
- Chain side raises 3x12-15 *if you don’t have a chain to use substitute with DB
- banded tricep pull downs 3x30
- banded face pulls 3x20
then,
20mins if as many rounds as possible of:
- 50 banded side walks (25 each side)
- 8 power cleans @50% of max *reduce weight if needed
- 10 box jumps *substitute with skater jumps if needed or a low box height (I’ll post a video of these from 530am class tomorrow)
- 10 hanging leg raises *knee raises if needed
