5-16-19 volume lower body
week one of the next 3 week cycle
- box squats 5x5x50% +bands (band tension should be 25%)
- 2 inch deficit deadlifts 5x5 *increase in weight from our last cycle if possible. If you don’t have a weight from last cycle, record your weight from this week
- banded Goodmornings 3x8-10
- Weighted side bends 3x10-12 (each side)
- stone to box 3x”max reps” in 60 secs
