  • Bench 5x6
  • shoulder strict press 5x3
  • DB shoulder press 3x12 
  • Shoulder front/side raises 3x12/12
  • banded chest press 3x20

then:

  • 80 sit ups 
  • 60 hang power cleans *light weight or barbell only 
  • 40 push press *light or barbell only
