4-8-19 max effort lower body

  • Work up to a 3 rep max squat 
  • banded Goodmornings 3x8
  • reverse hyper 3x12
  • Bulgarian split squat 3x6 (each side)

then 3 rounds of: 

  • 50ft farmer carry @50% of deadlift max each hand 
  • 6 stone to shoulder 
  • 8 deadlifts @65%
