4-30-19 volume upper body
- Bench 6x6 *add 5-10lbs from last week if possible
- barbell shoulder push press 4x6-8
- Barbell single arm landline row 3x15 (each side)
- Pull ups 4x6-8
- incline DB press 3x15
then 4 rounds of tabata:
- Power clean
- push press
- Plank with rotating db
