Complete 5 rounds secs 30 secs work/15 secs rest of:

•Diagonal toe crunch
•walking planks

•hip thrusters
•butt kicker to toe tap

•crunch to scissor
•plank thruster

•face pulls
•burpee

For this workout stay on 2 movements at time for 5 rounds of tabata, then move to the next group of 2 movements

5 handstand push ups
40 double unders
10 banded sit ups
5 handstand push ups
30 double unders
10 banded sit ups

5 handstand push ups

This is the GGB take on Annie.
Double unders; sub with regular jump rope if needed
Banded sit ups: sub with weighted sit ups if needed
Handstand push ups- use a scale to a box or sub with overhead DB presses
