  • Work up to a heavy wide stance box squat to parallel 
  • Back squats 3x8
  • DB stiff leg deadlifts 3x8
  • DB box step ups 3x6 (each side)
  • plank hold 3x30sec 

then tabata 5 rounds of: 30 secs work/15 rest 

  • db front squat 
  • box jumps 
  • KB swings
