  • 100 shoulder side raises *light weight 
  • 100 band push downs 
  • tricep skull crushers 3x20
  • shoulder press 3x15

then 5 rounds of tababa 20sec/10sec

  • Single arm clean & press (right) 
  • burpess 
  • single arm clean & press (left)
  • burpees
