Workout
Today's workout is 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest. Stay on two movements at a time for 5 rounds before moving the the next set of two movements
Complete 5 rounds tabata 30/10:
- front delt raise
- standing cross toe touches
- up right rows
- burpee
- shoulder press to delt fly
- plank thruster
- db pull over
- skater jumps
Then, ABS
- 100 sit ups
each time you break do a max overhead DB hold - 80 heel taps
each time you break do 25 band pull aparts
BONUS ABS
4 round tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- hollowbody flutter kicks
- v crunch
