4-23-19 upper body
- Bench 6x6 pick a weight that you can easily get through all sets/reps. Record weight -Next week add 5-10lbs
- Landmine kneeling single arm overhead press 3x12 (each side)
- shoulder side raises 3x15
- bent over rear delt fly 3x15 (each side)
then 3 rounds of:
- 150 ft reverse sled drag
- Max effort push ups
- 50 banded walks
