4-23-19 upper body

  • Bench 6x6 pick a weight that you can easily get through all sets/reps. Record weight -Next week add 5-10lbs 
  • Landmine kneeling single arm overhead press 3x12 (each side)
  • shoulder side raises 3x15
  • bent over rear delt fly 3x15 (each side)

then 3 rounds of:

  • 150 ft reverse sled drag
  • Max effort push ups 
  • 50 banded walks
