Workout

Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:

  • wall sit with ab twist
  • lateral box jumps

Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:

  • kneel to standing squat
  • banded side to sides

Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:

  • curtsy lunge
  • burpees

Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:

  • weighted goodmornings
  • 180 turn jump squat
    scale to regular jump squats or squats if needed

then, BOOTY BURNOUT:

  • 150 banded squat pulses
    each time you break do 50 banded abductor

more BOOTY BURNOUT 3 rounds of:

  • 10 banded weighted hip thursters
  • 10 banded glute bridge to sit up
  • 10 banded donkey kicks to leg lifts *each side
