Workout
Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:
- wall sit with ab twist
- lateral box jumps
Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:
- kneel to standing squat
- banded side to sides
Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:
- curtsy lunge
- burpees
Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:
- weighted goodmornings
- 180 turn jump squat
scale to regular jump squats or squats if needed
then, BOOTY BURNOUT:
- 150 banded squat pulses
each time you break do 50 banded abductor
more BOOTY BURNOUT 3 rounds of:
- 10 banded weighted hip thursters
- 10 banded glute bridge to sit up
- 10 banded donkey kicks to leg lifts *each side
