  • Box Squats 3x3x75%, 3x3x85%, 3x3x95%

DB only Auxiliary work
Complete 5 rounds of:

  • 8 DB front squats (5 barbell front squat if using a barbell)
  • 8 jumping lunges or 8 jump squats
  • 8 single leg deadlifts each side
  • 8 box jumps
