- Box Squats 3x3x75%, 3x3x85%, 3x3x95%
DB only Auxiliary work
Complete 5 rounds of:
- 8 DB front squats (5 barbell front squat if using a barbell)
- 8 jumping lunges or 8 jump squats
- 8 single leg deadlifts each side
- 8 box jumps
