- Bench 5x5x70%
(sets)x(reps)x(percentage) - Push press 5x5x70%
DB Auxiliary only work
Complete 4 rounds of:
- 10 DB or barbell power clean & press HERE
- 8 burpees
- 10 pull ups
- 8 burpees
- 10 pushups
Training notes:
Grip: your forearms may be on fire going from the clean & press to the pull ups. It's normal LOL
Pull ups: if you don't have a pull up bar sub this movement with one of the following: barbell or DB bent over rows, heavy band straight arm pull downs, ring rows, inverted pull up.
Burpees: scale these as you need. you can also sub this movement with ball slams if your back can't tolerate burpees
