Minimal equipment

Main work

  • Squats 10x2 reps @70% of your 1 rep max
  • Deadlifts 10x1 reps @80% of your 1 rep max

DB only Auxiliary work
*Note- lower sets to 3 rounds if you completed the above main work. If you're doing the DB only portion keep to 5 rounds.

Complete 5 rounds with as little rest as possible of:

  • 8 elevated DB sissy squats
  • 8 box jumps
  • 8 DB walking lunges
  • 8 box jumps
