- hip thurster
- lateral box jumps
Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- broad jumps
- reverse lunge to leg raise
Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- butt kicker toe taps
- kneeling banded squat
Complete 5 rounds tabatate 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- DB sumo deadlift *or barbell if you have one
- squat jacks
Notes- if needed reduce to 4 rounds tabata

- 50 abductors
