just kidding, APRIL FOOLS. Don't do 1000 burpees! Do this below instead.
- Squats 12x2 reps @65% of your 1 rep max
- Deadlifts 8x3 reps @75% of your 1 rep max
DB only workout
complete 3 rounds with as little rest as possible of:
- 30 walking lunges
after each lunge/step taken do 1 burpee or 1 ball slam
