COMPLETE 1000 BURPEES in as little as time possible.

just kidding, APRIL FOOLS. Don't do 1000 burpees! Do this below instead.

 

Minimal equipment

Main work

  • Squats 12x2 reps @65% of your 1 rep max
  • Deadlifts 8x3 reps @75% of your 1 rep max

DB only workout
complete 3 rounds with as little rest as possible of:

  • 30 walking lunges
    after each lunge/step taken do 1 burpee or 1 ball slam
