3-31-30 Conditioning

Workout 5 rounds of:

  • 12 DB rear delt fly
  • 30 sec jumping jacks
  • 12 shoulder press
  • 30 secs burpees
  • 12 walking planks
  • 12 lateral raises
  • Max handstand hold or DB overhead hold

then, complete:

  • 40 pushups
    *each time you break do 5 burpees

end with tabata abs 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:

  • weighted sit up
  • leg lowers
  • toe tap crunch

Training notes:
scale the workout as needed to your ability. Push ups can be elevated to any height to be able to finish.
